Jamie Shaw, founder and owner, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Vermont, where she teaches Dog Behavior and Training. She is also a behavioral consultant for several Vermont animal shelters, has conducted seminars in various parts of the U.S.A., and also began Random Rescue where they house, train and then place homeless dogs.
